1    TDF Ghar

Keeping the heritage alive, TDF Ghar is a renovated house of the 1930’s. Hanjiani Hanifa Bai’s Ghar is renovated by The Dawood Foundation, ensuring the culture and art of the place is preserved into the place. The Ghar is now open to the general public providing a learning space for everyone with a basic ticket to upkeep the development of the place.

TDF Ghar is one of the top places to visit in Karachi since it reminds us of our roots, allowing us re-visit the past. Children will learn more about the history, without having to visit an actual museum. You can always take pictures at the Cycle Rickshaw to capture the moments.

 

2  Winter Wonderland

The New Quarantine Life

21 st September, Day 3, Semester 5! It has been over 6 months since our lives stopped – But not exactly. February 29 th , 2020, the government of Pakistan announced shutting down of all educational institutions of Pakistan. This meant a long never ending holiday for me! Yaay! This was the first time ever I was staying at home with nothing due. I wasn’t supposed to go anywhere, I didn’t have any assignments due, and most importantly I didn’t have to leave the comfort of my bed! Best days of my life had just started.
